Mike joined our team at the beginning of 2019. Mike and Olivia were married in 2010, and their family grew with Daniel in 2011, Becca in 2012, David in 2013, Anna in 2016, and Baby #5 expected in June of 2019.
During the last 10 years Mike has served as a leader and minister at Bible camps and churches in Kansas, Tennessee and Virginia. Having earned his Bachelor's degree in Preaching and Church Leadership at Johnson University, Mike is excited to continue putting these skills into practice.
Mike believes he is called to join Christ Covenant Church in participating in God's mission to redeem the communities in which we've been planted.
Lindy Charles began serving with the leadership team of Christ Covenant Church in the Fall of 2010. She counts it one of her greatest joys in life to get to partner with families to help kids fall in love with Jesus.
Lindy and her husband Joe were married in July of 2000 and were joined by their son Eli in 2007 and Lucas in 2012.
Lindy received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK and has been serving in Children, Youth and Family Ministry for over 15 years.

Our leadership team is structured to reflect an application of the church as written in the Bible.
The Ministers function as the servants, teachers, and leaders within their specific skill set and calling.
The Shepherds function as the leaders who work with the Ministers to guide the congregation in an example of mutual submission. All of this is done so that Christ is seen as head of the church, and everyone has a practical form of accountability.
